THERE were no injuries reported following a fire at a flat in Westbury-on-Severn today (September 22).

Gloucestershire Fire and Rescue Service was called at 10.50am to reports of a fire at Westbury Court Gardens.

The Fire Service said an electric heater was on fire in one of the flats, and it caused 75 per cent damage to the heater and 25 per cent damage to the flats.

Five fire engines were sent to the scene, from Gloucester North and South, Cinderford and two from Coleford.

The Fire Service stopped at 12.28pm.
