TO the residents of St Christopher's Ward, Bulwark, Chepstow.
Many of you will have seen some improvements regarding your footpaths and roads, for the better, I hope. Still more to do.
Bulwark Community Centre has had some additional refurbishment and enhancement to. I would like to ask you for your support with the many activities that are now available to you.
The 1st Bulwark Rangers are certainly leading the way in their many achievements with regard to enabling many young people to have many experiences and widening their horizons in the world today.
Kestrel Gym are also achieving many awards for their aerobics expertise.
When sometimes I hear from young people there are no activities in Bulwark I find it sad that perhaps they do not realise there is plenty going on.
Chaos, the amateur dramatics group, produce good results. There are sports clubs, cricket, football and rugby, and summer play-schemes for younger age groups.
Bulwark Senior Citizens operates for the older members and Severn Bridge Social Club allow families to have time together with regular functions taking place.
If local people do not encourage others to support them, some of these venues will die. The same applies to local businesses. They need your support.
