FOLLOWING the annual review of the Chepstow bypass how refreshing it was to at last read a letter  about the route of a proposed bypass.

W. Evans of Bulwark  had  it correct in his letter. Just what does it take to get the planners moving in this enlightened age? Or will we all have to wait for a high speed train to bring us their thoughts in about another twenty years time.
