HEAVY vehicles will be banned from Lords Hill Car Park in Coleford as resurfacing work starts this week.

Forest of Dean District Council contractors have already begun work on the entrance, which means vehicles have to enter the car park through one of the exit lanes.

Entry to the car park will be restricted to just cars and bikes throughout the work. Larger vehicles will need to use the Railway Drive car park.
