A CAMERA and card reader has been found on a cash machine in town.

The device, found on HSBC's ATM machine in Agincourt Square was reported to Gwent Police who are now investigating.

It is believed the device may have been on the machine between the hours of 5pm on June 22 and 8.40am on June 23.

Anyone who saw any suspicious activity around the machine is asked to contact Gwent Police on 101 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
