WHY oh why when, in this part of the country, going to the council tip is still free do some scumbags choose to fly-tip their rubbish in the Forest?

If you have it in the car, then drive a little further and go to the tip. Don't you care about where you live?

If you're a business, get a waste licence, pay the tip charges and pass the cost on the costs to the customer. No-one benefits from short cuts.
