THE former Forest Teens in Crisis organisation which now calls itself TIC+ is making an urgent appeal for aluminium to raise funds.
It provides a range of confidential crisis support services for young people aged 9-21 years including counselling and support and advice and information across the county.
"We have decided to start collecting and recycling aluminium, including empty drinks cans or clean foil wrap or even aerosol cans or even your old aluminium greenhouse. This would help both TIC+ and the environment," says a spokesman.
Ted Chapman at Vantage Point in Mitcheldean is co-ordinating the collection and will pick up donations – contact him at [email protected]">[email protected] (Tuesdays only) or [email protected]">[email protected] or telephone 01594 546117 (Monday-Friday).
