THROUGH your newspaper could I publicly thank Francis James who is retiring as our milkman.

He has served our community, through all winds and weather, for 26 years. He also delivered the Review for many years.

I would like to thank Francis personally and, I'm sure, on behalf of all his customers.

We shall miss his visits. Wishing him a long and happy retirement. ­
