A FOREST road was closed for three hours last Wednesday night after two vehicles collided and blocked the road.

Motorists travelling to Wenchford Picnic Site, near Blakeney Straights, and Bradley Hill at Soudley were diverted to Moseley Green towards Speech House.

Police say there were no injuries.

The two vehicles were a Peugeot 306 driven by a man from Cinderford and a Citroen van driven by a Lydney man. The van blocked the road for a while as it awaited recovery. The road was cleared by 7.46pm.
