THE window of a Lydney dog grooming business was named the top Christmas display.

Waggly Tails in High Street won the competition organised by Lydney Town Council – despite having scaffolding up at the time.

Owner Donna Sutton said they were not going to let that get in the way of a creative display.

The runners-up were Poppies and The Flower Pot which are both florists.
