WE would like to take this opportunity of thanking a few of the young people from the Wynols Close area of Broadwell for clearing the snow away from all of the old people's bungalow paths.
We are sure this was very much appreciated by everyone who had their paths cleared – not only their paths, but the footpath all the way round the properties!
It just goes to show there are some youngsters who are willing to give up their time to help older people do jobs they now can't do themselves, and that not all youngsters are vandals.
The young people were: David Graves, Nicole Graves, Cassie-Ann Nash and Jamie-Lea Nash. Thanks also to the lady with them.
