AN angling club is looking to get youngsters hooked on fishing with a free taster event this month.

Redbrook Angling club is again holding another set of free coarse fishing taster sessions for juniors to try the sport out on a lake near Monmouth.

The event on Saturday, May 20, has been sponsored by Redbrook Village Trust from funds raised at the village’s Live on the Wye annual music festival, and all equipment, bait and professional tuition are provided.
