I WAS so pleased to receive as a Christmas present 'Giles The Collection 2013' and could not help noticing his cartoon (they are all good) for Sunday, June 12 1983 which will soon be 30 years ago.

The cartoon is based upon the news item "Mrs. Thatcher had just promised drastic cuts for the country."
