BACK after popular demand, the Dean Heritage Centre is encouraging budding local artists to submit a piece for their annual community art exhibition.
This year's exhibition will run from Saturday February 8 until Sunday March 23 and is an ideal platform to gain public attention.
Any medium will be considered as long as it is submitted mirror plated and can be securely fitted to a wall.
Harri Le Claire at the centre said: "Last year's exhibition saw a variety of artists taking the opportunity to display work in different mediums, some for the very first time. It proved so popular that we plan to run the event every year.
"The exhibition is open to anyone; from those who occasionally dabble with a paintbrush to those who make a living from it. Many people will have a New Year's resolution to get back into their hobbies, this could be a great way to kick the year off and build confidence in an artistic talent."
