Our advice is to accept the letter if you wish, and reply to Two Rivers Housing, your response should be that you wish to wait for the outcome of the ongoing Court Case, before making any payments.
The latest news from our Solicitors is that the case has been transferred to Bristol County Court, there will probably be a short hearing to gain agreement on how the cases are to proceed, before a full hearing at a later date.
