CHANGING cubicles at Bathurst Pool in Lydney will double the Forest’s smallest gallery spaces for the next few weeks.
Artist and pool committee Amanda Horwood has photographed a number of Bathurst regulars outside their favourite cubicle.
The study of the “Bathurst Belles” are on display in cubicles two to 17 until May 26 and a book is also being produced.
Amanda, who lives in Monmouth, said: “I’ve been documenting pools for 34 years. I’ve got to know these ladies over the years and came up with the idea on the way home to do Bathurst bathing belles as a book.”
The exhibition is open between 10am and noon on weekdays with extended viewing on weekends. Entry is free but donations for the volunteer-run pool would be welcome.
