THE two friends of Leanne Davies (Leanne’s Gift) must be commended for accepting the Institute of Advanced Motorists’ initiative, funded by the Police and Crime Commissioner, by taking the Skill for Life course.

This course is about making good drivers better drivers and will give the friends the skills to ensure a safer driving future.

While the course was funded for 10 lucky Gloucestershire young drivers, it is available to all drivers of all ages and is being offered at reduced cost until December 18.

Few Foresters know of the activities of the Gloucestershire group which holds free one-day sessions, four times a year explaining what advanced driving is all about.
