Having read an article last week we may be having more bins, I ask if this means more charges of £26 a year for each of these bins? Plus £5.99 or more for liners and £3.98 for filters, another £8.92 a year?

Could Councillor Quaile or Biffa please answer my question?

The Council Tax is quietly and slyly creeping up. When we collected our green bins they led us to believe that recycling would keep the rates down – not so. We may live in the Forest and recycle but it doesn't make us green.
