I have never written a letter to a newspaper before, but

then, before last Tuesday afternoon, January 3, I had

never had a car accident either.

Coming out of Chepstow towards the Racecourse

roundabout I was involved in an accident. To all the

people who stopped to help, thank-you.

Especially to Mark (in a Mondeo) who worked at

Beachley Barracks. He got me out of my car and into his

and took over traffic control with another couple of

gentlemen.

To Victoria, who supported me emotionally and

physically for over an hour, while herself recovering from

serious injuries sustained in a previous car accident. You

were so calm and kind, making phone calls etc. Thank-

you so much.

The paramedics were brilliant. In fact, everyone I

came into contact with that afternoon and evening were

excellent.

I don't really know what happened and any

information anyone might have would be appreciated.
