POLICE are hunting a burglar who broke into a half-built new home in Goodrich by smashing a door lock.

Damage was caused to the temporary door and access gained, but it appears nothing was stolen in the raid, which took place between 6pm and 7.45am overnight on Tuesday to Wednesday, July 26-27.
