POLICE are appealing for information after a silver Vauxhall Astra was criminally damaged in Lydney.

The incident took place between 4pm on Sunday January 15 and 9.30am on Monday January 16.

The car was parked in Klondyke Avenue, and a key or similar implement was used to deliberately leave deep scratch marks on the offside of the vehicle.

Officers would like to hear from anyone with information about who was responsible. Anyone who can help the investigation should ring police on 101 quoting incident number 26 of January 20. Information can also be provided anonymously via Crimestoppers on 0800 555111.
