RUARDEAN Youth Club have been on a fishing trip with the Royal Forest of Dean Angling Club.

Nick Oakley and John Beddis took 15 young people out on a course funded by Young Gloucestershire.
Several children caught fish and there were prizes for the most caught, the most attentive pupil and the biggest tangle.
Youth Club leader Lisa Robertson said she was delighted with the way the day went and she wanted to thank everyone who helped make the event possible.
Angling Club secretary Eileen Summers said: "The Royal Forest of Dean Angling Club is fortunate in having fully trained and professional coaches like Nick and John who share their knowledge and skills so readily for the benefit of children in the Forest."
