IF you think Two Rivers need to get their act together, who in their right mind sends out a contractor to sweep a chimney when it is snowing?

Anyone who has a coal fire or solid fuel has to let the fire go out for 24 hours. How ridiculous for OAPs and people with young children to have no heating when there is snow on the ground. Surely these jobs should be done in the summer when we are not using our fires.
