A 38-year-old Cinderford man accused of assaulting a neighbour has been bailed to appear before Cheltenham Magistrates in October.

Lee Freeman-Skinner of York Road, Cinderford, is alleged to have assaulted a man by beating him in Cinderford on 3rd July this year.

The court bailed him until a plea hearing on 27th October. It is a condition of his bail that he does not go to a specified address in York Road while on bail. Neither must he make any contact with his alleged victim.
