A 35-year-old Herefordshire man has denied a charge of drug-driving in Cinderford and is to stand trial in the New Year.

Aron Perkins of Porch Cottages, Weston-Under-Penyard, pleaded not guilty at Cheltenham Magistrates Court to driving a VW van in Westfield Road, Cinderford, on 17th August 2024 while he was over the limit for Benzoylecgonine (the primary metabolite of cocaine).

He was unconditionally bailed to await a trial expected to last three and a half hours on 1st February 2027.
