A MAN who was so badly injured in a crash near Hopewell Colliery last year has raised £1,100 for the air ambulance team that helped to save his life.
Daniel Brackston tackled the Bath Half Marathon at the weekend in a time of 2 hours, 22mins and 58secs.
As reported in the Review on February 22, although Daniel has never been involved in sports before he trained hard to run in aid of the Great Western Air Ambulance charity which is looking to buy a new helicopter.
