AS A regular visitor to the beautiful Wye Valley, I was shocked and saddened to read about the proposed riverside cycle track for the lower Wye Valley.
How can the planners allow such a monstrosity to take place in one of the nicest valleys in the world!

I and my friends pay many visits to this part of the world to enjoy the beauty of the fields, woods, birds and wildlife. On the river we enjoy the company of the canoeists and other anglers as we cast a fly in the hope of a salmon.
Don't let's destroy one of the few areas of beautiful England. If the proposed plan goes ahead we will stop coming to the Wye Valley.
