THERE will be a bevy of local Red and White buses on show at The Old Ferry Inn, Beachley, on October 1.

Red and White, which has its origins in Chepstow and Lydney and was founded by the Watts family, became one of the largest bus and coach operators in the UK and worldwide, employing hundreds of local workers from its Forest and Chepstow depots.

A selection of vintage models will be on show at Beachley from 10am to 5pm in what's been a popular event in recent years.
