The laws of probability which are laid down by nature have been overturned by the European Court of Justice (ECJ). The ECJ has imposed equality legislation on the pensions industry with regard to the payments it makes to people drawing their private pensions.

The calculation of payment is based on life expectancy which is about five years longer for women than men. This means men receive more annually than women as the "pot" does not have to last as long.

The ECJ has imposed equal payments for all which will mean the payments to men will be reduced to the level paid to women. The only winners here appear to be the insurance companies dealing with pensions.

What next from our European overlord? – men must be pregnant as often as women?

Currently UKIP are the only major party promising a referendum on this nonsense, which will give the UK the chance to withdraw from the EU.
