GLOUCESTERSHIRE police are appealing for witnesses after a high value theft of fuel was taken from a site in Lydbrook.
Between 5pm on Thursday November 26 and 8am on Friday November 27, offenders forced entry into a compound, and removed a yellow coloured fuel bowser, which contained around £1,000 worth of red diesel fuel.
The bowser is then believed to have been towed away from the scene.
Anyone who saw suspicious activity, or knows of the whereabouts of the bowser is asked to call police on 101, quoting incident 112 of Friday November 27.
Witnesses or those with information can also contact the independent crime-fighting charity Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555 111 or through their anonymous online form at www.crimestoppers-uk.org.
