I PROPOSE the answer to all Coleford's car parking problems is to incorporate a new "free of charge" 500 space, multi-storey car park, as part of the new proposed Tesco development.

The store would occupy the top floor, at road level.

My usual consultancy fees will apply if the above is approved by the Forest of Dean planning officers, which should be a formality.
