LONG awaited by fans of the Brightwell trilogy series of books, former Review journalist Ted Lamb has at last completed the third in the series.
The latest volume Gobblemouth, follows on from Brassribs and Looking For Lucie in this popular series, centred on fish and fishing.
The plot of this latest novel involves the mystery disappearance of a pet dog on Brightwell Lake and the subsequent mad-cap road quest across Europe to take a monster fish all the way to the Danube.
Print copies of the book will be available next spring, but for fans who cannot wait – either those who are avid fishermen, or readers who just like a complex story, the text will be available as an e-book, readable on computers, smart phones and Kindle style readers. This can be bought via Amazon, or via booksellers.
All three books are also available as one e-book volume.
As well as writing and editing The Forest of Dean And Wye Valley Review, Ted was also the founding editor of Sea Angler magazine, and is author of The Penguin Book Of Fishing.
