CROSSWORDS and sudukos keep the brain active. Very necessary for us older folk. Learning something new is a great help too. I am sighted but I attend the braille class at the Forge.

The Forge is a lovely friendly place and the two young blind teachers are marvellous.

We are lucky to have them in the Forest because not every area in our country has access to a braille class.

Of course, you are reading this but you'd still be welcomed at our braille class. If you know any blind person who needs this help tell them all about it.

Transport is always available manned by those wonderful people who support charitable organisations. – Wendy Corum, Cinderford.
