A CHEPSTOW man puts a big Lotto scratchcard win down to a weird piece of luck.
For months, 21-year-old Stuart Parsons had been seeing the numbers one to four and he eventually put his luck to the test at a shop in Tutshill.
His hunch paid off when he bought four £4 million Blue cards at the Spar in Beachley Road and won £100,000.
