THE under-16s section of Lyndean Netball Club has romped to the top of the Gloucestershire Under-16 League without losing a game.
The youth section has had a very successful season altogether and about 20 girls now meet regularly at Whitecross School, said organiser Anne Waring.
"All of the girls show enthusiasm and commitment to improving their netball skills," she said.
"Several of the girls have already represented the county and hopefully more will attend county trials next season.
"The club would like to thank Alan Townley, father of team captain Anna Townley, for his help and support throughout the season."
