A FIRE door and a security light at Whitecroft Football Club have been damaged after coming under fire from golf balls.

The club's pavilion in Grove Road was attacked on the evening of Monday May 7 and police say they think young hooligans are to blame.

Around six youths were seen running from the area around the time of the incident.

A police spokesman said: "If you are one of the group or you know who was responsible for the damage please call police on 101, quoting incident 72 of May 10."
