A CINDERFORD hotel's Harvest Festival auction last year resulted in a donation of £1,000 to the Dilke Memorial Hospital.
Shane Grindle, general manager at The Belfry Hotel, said: "The money we raised we thought would be great to go to the local hospital where Keith Bell, the owner of the hotel, had had family members that were treated there.
"The harvest auction was a great success, we hold one of these events every year, and this is not the first time the Dilke Hospital has benefited from the money raised."
He added: "On behalf of the Belfry Hotel I would like to take this opportunity to thank all our customers and local businesses that supported this very worthwhile event and to the people who helped to organised the day."
