IT'S that time of year again – as snowflakes fall, thinking of faraway places in the sun is a great escape.
But when you do go – and it won't be all that long now – don't forget to pack your Review, which will not only provide some great holiday reading but also make an emergency sunshade, should you need one!
And of course you can send us some of your wonderful holiday snaps, clutching your favourite paper, so that other readers can enjoy seeing the great scenery you have from the Forest and Wye Valley.
Over the years our readers have surprised us with some astonishing settings for their pictures, including many fathoms down at the bottom of the Red Sea, high up at Everest base camp and even flying at twice the speed of sound in Concorde to New York before the flights were discontinued.
Can you do better than that? You don't have to try so hard, actually – even if it's a day trip to Barry Island, we'd love to see your snap.
Send prints to: Holiday Snaps, The Review, Tindle Suite, Kings Buildings, Hill Street, Lydney GL15 5HE. Alternatively you can email pictures to revieweditor@ tindlenews.co.uk
Don't forget to tell us where the picture was taken, your name(s) and where you are from – and if you want your prints back include a self-addressed envelope.
