FOREST motocross rider Josh Waterman, one of Team Green's youngest riders, has been presented with the Motorcycle Industry Association's prestigious Outstanding Achievement award.

Pop sensations Liberty X presented the award to 11 year-old Josh on UK Youth Day at the International Motorcycle and Scooter show at the NEC recently.

Profoundly deaf motocross rider Josh is one of the country's leading competitors in his Kawasaki KX85 motocross class.

He started off, like most motocrossers, on a BMX bike at the age of three and then progressed on to off-road bikes joining Team Green as the youngest member on a KX65.

Josh is fast becoming seen as an ambassador for the sport which is generally perceived as an activity that is quite difficult to get into.
