On the return journey the driver asked her if she had travelled earlier from Chepstow or was this just a one way fare, because if it was, it could not be allowed. She assured him that it was indeed a return journey to which he replied: "Anyway why should we over here pay for you lot to use our buses?"
My partner replied: "OK, you people stop coming over to Wales with your prescriptions and we will stop using your buses."
Everyone on the bus laughed and took the mick all the way to Chepstow. I bet he wished he'd kept his unfriendly and ill-mannered comments to himself!
