The Forest team needed a point to stay up and Warden Hill needed a point to win the league.
At the final whistle both teams were delighted.
The Cheltenham team had their work cut out against a determined Harrow Hill defence but they took the lead early on.
Harrow Hill equalised through Mark Blake and a composed second half performance made sure they will keep their league status next season.
