WHILE on holiday in Devon earlier this year I took a picture of at least 20 wind turbines on the hills opposite, looking across the estuary from Appledore.

Whatever the pros and cons of wind energy I happen to think they look quite majestic, slowly turning in the wind.

I would much rather see 20 turbines down the Severn Estuary than another monstrous atomic power station.
