MONMOUTHSHIRE County Citizens’ Advice Service (CAS) has recently extended its Monmouth opening hours.

The office, at 23a Whitecross Street, is now open on a drop-in basis from 10am until 2pm Monday to Thursday.

A CAS spokesperson says: “We have been able to do this due to the hard work of our staff and volunteers and our continual desire to extend access to our services when resources allow.

“We also have a four days a week service at our other offices in the county at Abergavenny, Caldicot and Chepstow and we provide outreach services in Usk, Wyesham and other sites. The aim of the service is to give anyone who needs it advice and information on a very wide range of issues.”

Those who have access difficulties or are unable to travel can call the adviceline number 03444 77 20 20 from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
