POLICE are appealing for information on the whereabouts of a convicted thief to return her to prison.
Ruth Smith, 45, from Caldicot received a 196-day jail term at Newport magistrates’ Court on January 11 and was released from HMP Eastwood Park in Wotton-under-Edge on March 1.
Police say she has breached her release licence and must now go back behind bars to complete her sentence.
