A MUM was struck by a car as she held her two-year-old daughter during the school run.

The 34-year-old was stood outside St White's School, in Cinderford, when she was hit by the wing mirror of a silver Mercedes S-Class as it drove past the school at slow speed.

Anyone who witnessed the incident on Tuesday, May 20 at 3.30pm is asked to call police quoting 277 of 20/05.
