THE Forest of Dean Area Wind Band has just released a new mucic CD titled Oregon.

Band members are aged 8-19 years and they meet once a week on Saturday mornings to enjoy making music. They welcome players of all standards from absolute beginners right through to players who have achieved Grade 8 and beyond. The CD was recorded on a residential trip to Ilam in Derbyshire last May and contains nine tracks including Lord of The Dance by Ronan Hardimann, Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest, Creed by William Himes and the title track Oregon by Jacob De Haan.
