FOOTBALL is booming at Ruardean Hill. Expert coaches already assist dozens of youngsters and now more players are needed to launch an under 14s youth side.
Youth team manager Alan Barnett believes the future of football is safe and sound at the club.
"We are going from strength to strength and already we have four teams. Now we have a further opening for an under 14s youth side. The coaching is to academy standard and we use experts such as Nick Matthews, Ady Cole, Brian Taylor, Grant Coleman and Steve Phillips," he said.
Alan said that the main aim was to encourage young people into football and sport and the new age group would be a great asset for up and coming talent.
Under 14s are being invited to take part in a special trials day being held at Ruardean Hill Rangers' ground on Wednesday, July 6 at 6.30pm. For more details Alan can be contacted on Dean 541181.
