What is the problem with the parish council in Newnham?

There are several problems in our village that need attention now. There is sewage leaking in Hyde Lane caused by new houses being built and not sorting out drains first.

Then we have ongoing parking problems here, especially for residents, which recently have not been helped by ongoing work at George Cafe and the fact that nearly all of the parking facilities outside the cafe and houses on the High Street have been taken over by workmen.

We need resident only parking and a car park that can actually be used.

Then we have the ongoing debate regarding a new village hall and again, wherever it will be, parking needs to be considered.

On to the problem of what was The Victoria Hotel, what a disgrace to let such a lovely building get into such a state, it will probably end up like the Kings Head in Littledean.

Why do the parish council not stop all the bickering and actually address urgent issues?
