I’M sure I’m not alone in wondering what we are supposed to be vote for or against on February 18.

What exactly is the Neighbourhood Plan for the Parish of Lydney? I’ve certainly never heard of it.

I know there is a website address but even in this enlightened age there are many who do have access to a computer – but can read very well.

I shall certainly not consider voting one way or the other until I know more about it.
