POLICE are hunting a 27-year-old woman from Monmouth after she breached the terms of her jail release.

Sophie Hughes was serving a four-year sentence for possession of drugs and is being recalled to prison after being released from HMP Eastwood five days before Christmas.

Anyone with information on her whereabouts is asked to call Gwent Police on 101, quoting reference 1800032112.
